Steampunk Unity Scene Update

Below are some snapshots from the unity file so far I thought I would just show the file as it is showing all the assets that were placed in the environment

The first picture below is showing from an area which will eventually become a pub what you can see other two bridges the canal gates the archways and the warehouse also the railway bridge and the part of the skyline.

The picture below was looking through the brick arch looking at the loading area including the hovering conveyor belt and one of the canal steam barges.

The picture below is a view from the docking bay looking at the back of the two steam trucks.

Here is looking at the two warehouses down the canal to the waterway looking at the barrels and the airborne steam zeppelin.

Here is another view looking at the steam zeppelin and one of the steam pumps.

Below this is another picture looking at the waterway with esteem wheel and again more steam pumps.

Here is one more picture looking up at the sky with the skyline and the clock to the right.

Steampuck Assets: Pipes 2

Another variation of the pipes using what I learned from the previous pipes I made I decided to make some improvements and I actually decided to look at pipes on Google and using from the previous lessons I've learned from the other pipes and the Google images I started to make these new joints you can see below and also here I looked to adding in rust to help the models like the real as you can see these pipes look a lot more realistic and a lot better than the ones I had previously made

Criticism: I am happy with the pipes and adding in the rust has helped make these pipes look realistic I'm going to add slightly more detail to these pipes and hopefully from this the pipes will look very realistic and really help the immersion of the environment

Steampuck Assets: Pipes

There are going to be steam engines so I believed that obviously they would need to be pipes covering the environment I decided to make some basic joints one straight one curved cycad duplicate these throughout the environment and save memory as you can see below this was my first two assets I made for the pipes

After making these pipes I decided that they were too boxy and decided to adding more detail which you can see below

Using the joints I combine them in order to make a simple pipeline using the two different joints in different positions in order to make the pipework look like it was carrying on

Below ice textured the previous joints and made four more in order to give the pipe line more variety I decided to go for brass that these but I still need to add grime and dirt and dense to the pipes as they look to clean and almost look too unreal to actually be pipes

Criticism: I am happy with the basic pipes but as I said above dirt and grime and scratches do need to be added to these pipes and a good spectrum that in order to really bring out the detail and really make bees look like pipes
