In unity I decided to use the default terrain asset to make
the seabed using it simple exclusion tools to make the seabed bumpy and then
using the default grass as seaweed has turned out to look very effective as you
can see below in the images this is what my environment seabed will look like
I'm still possibly contemplating on changing the texture but as the texture
will only be seen through water it is very hard to noticed that its tiled
